By mutual agreement, Bosal's non-equity based alliance with Delphi Corporation to offer complete exhaust systems for the global automotive industry will cease.
This decision has been reached following Delphi's decision to divest its global exhaust business, as part of its transformation plan. Existing OEM contracts will not be affected by this decision.
The Bosal Group will continue to drive forward its major 3 year investment plan to extend its global manufacturing network to meet increasing demands of the global OEM customer base.
The plan has already delivered the opening earlier this year of three major new plants - one in Ypsilanti MI, USA, another in Pelitli in Turkey and the third in Kecskemet in Hungary.
Bosal's global production capacity will be further extended by the end of this year when the plants under construction in Denmark and Brazil come into operation.
