Bosal confirmed today that Group CEO Karel Bos (1961) has left the company for personal reasons.
Karel Bos (1928): “While I am personally sorry that my son is leaving, I wish him well and respect his decision. Bosal is much more than a family business; we have grown to become one of the largest independent and privately owned suppliers in the automotive industry through our dedication to innovation and quality – which we define as “delivering customer needs”. We have a strong future and I am determined to ensure continuity and stability as we drive the company to deliver our business goals that remain unchanged.”
He continued: “As privately owned company we can focus solely on customer needs. Our policy of vertical integration is another real strength. The existing investment plan which includes the construction of new plants in Brazil, Denmark, Germany and Russia will be delivered as planned as will other investments around the world.”
The Board of Directors of the Bosal Group will be assuming the CEO’s responsibility pending the appointment of a new CEO.
