LONGTAINER is a new concept for packing, handling, storing and transporting of long products such tubes, profiles, bars, beams, and more, regardless of material. It provides safer packaging and allows fully automated warehouses.

LONGTAINER for sustainable packing stacking

To avoid poor stability of the shape of a bundle or damage of the products after several handlings during packing and transport, LONGTAINER is created to solve these issues. It also allows to save time, prevent intensive labor, and enables an automation that will optimize the production output.

LONGTAINER Type 4-6-8-10

The long products are connected to the Longtainer by means of POLYESTER straps
A bundle can be handled with all existing means: fork truck, side loader, conveyor,
overhead crane
When picking up the Longtainer, the forks do not touch the long products
Longtainer cradles are positioned on Fixed Center Distances (850mm)
Cardles can be safely stacked on top of each other, both FULL and EMPTY
Only 1 footprint and 4 heights
The cardles are made from recycled extruded aluminium
Collapsible for efficient and compact return transport
